<li>Proven track record of upselling services while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.</li>

<li>Experience replacing and repairing windshields and automotive glass</li>
<li>Red Seal Certified as an Auto Glass Technician (preferred)</li>
<li>ADAS calibration experience (preferred)</li>

<p>CSN provides a full range of auto body repair services, including collision repair, scratch and dent repair, paintless dent repair, high-end refinishing, windshield and glass repair, and 24/7 accident assistance.</p>

<li>Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer</li>
<li>Sand surfaces using hand tools and power equipment to achieve a smooth finish</li>
<li>Mask and protect areas of the vehicle that are not being painted</li>
<li>Remove dirt, debris, and imperfections to ensure proper paint adhesion</li>
<li>Assist with mixing paint and primers according to manufacturer specifications</li>
<li>Support the operation and maintenance of painting equipment and tools</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with the paint team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized work area</li>
