<p>Description</p>

<li>Perform outbound calls in order to identify key players, qualify business opportunities and schedule discovery meetings</li>
<li>Validate existing information and obtain new customer information such as name, address and email and enter information into computer</li>
<li>Describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to subscribe to magazine or purchase advertising space</li>
<li>Develop customer focussed strategic and creative recommendations across multiple platforms</li>
<li>Support the sales team to close business, optimize close rates, and continuously improve pipeline development</li>
<li>Coordinate and complete marketing and sales initiatives in MailChimp, along with other tools such as WordPress, Adobe, Maghub, Google Suite and more</li>
<li>Track key metrics for the department, ensuring accuracy and maintenance</li>
<li>Develop targeted outbound email/drip campaigns to generate sales opportunities</li>
<li>Assist in identifying new sales opportunities and developing outreach strategies with guidance from the sales team</li>

<p>The General Manager’s primary responsibility is providing an exceptional customer experience while leading and maintaining the day-to-day operation of the store in compliance with policies and procedures. The General Manager is responsible to coach each team member’s performance and success in their individual roles. The General Manager will promote and maintain the highest quality standards of professionalism in serving all customers. Key Job Responsibilities</b></p>

<li>Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan</li>
<li>Lead and manage all repair facility personnel</li>
<li>Oversee hiring, training, corrective action and termination</li>
<li>Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center</li>
<li>Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses</li>
<li>Set performance targets and deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performance reviews</li>
<li>Monitor and maintain all A/P and A/R relating to the Collision Center</li>
<li>Provide training for all staff as necessary</li>
<li>Ensure all staff wear proper safety gear and adhere to dress code</li>
<li>Open and close the facility daily as per established procedures</li>
<li>Conduct or coordinate daily production meetings/walks to oversee work in progress and delivery dates</li>
<li>Manage all estimates and store capacity</li>
<li>Facilitate monthly Health &amp; Safety and staff meetings. Attend monthly managers meetings</li>
<li>Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by our Leadership Team</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times</li>
<li>Monitor all maintenance required for all shop equipment, including the paint booth</li>
