We recommend an integrated suite of solutions that include utilization review and case management with a focus on managing total claims costs while expediting safe return to work.

Job Description

This is a remote opportunity.  The person in this role of Canadian Corporate Technical Manager will need to have the following skills:

  • Have a professional/business approach with internal and external customers
  • To internally work cross departmentally with a strong tie to Product Management
  • Be a team player to ensure the highest level communication, internally and externally, with our objectives as a team always in mind
  • Respond to any technical case escalation coming from our Corporate clients (if shop escalate to their corporate entity, then the corporate entity escalate to the Canadian Corporate Technical Manager).
  • Involved in “difficult” shop issues as the SME and liaise with the Corp entity with follow ups and assistance request when needed
  • Attend customer events, plan and perform product webinars and “roadshows”
  • Participate in some sales activities and act as a Sales Engineer (or SME) when working on a sale opportunity
  • Liaise with Product Management with product issues and/or enhancements
  • Available to travel approximately 30% of the time


  • Must be a Canadian citizen
  • A good understanding of the Canadian Market from a product and Shop/Insurance market perspective.
  • Able to understand and adapt to customer’s technical needs to work through solutions, workflows or processes with the clients.
  • Collision repair operational background a plus
  • Acute knowledge of our product and how they work within a BodyShop is required along with the desire to always deepen this knowledge
  • Professional communication skills
  • Eloquent and comfortable in speaking with and in front of customer(s)
  • Products architecture knowledge with ability to entertain Product workflow discussions with prospect customers with a selling approach (options, benefits, features, etc)
  • Ability to multi-task on and ability to adapt/manage, on a daily basis, with different level of priorities arising.'
