Collision Center Production Manager – Join Our Growing Team!
Are you a strong leader with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for the automotive repair industry? We’re looking for a Production Manager to join our busy collision center and help drive workflow efficiency, team coordination, and customer satisfaction.
Position Overview:
As the Collision Center Production Manager, you will be the central hub of our operations—responsible for organizing vehicle movement through the shop, assigning repair jobs to technicians, managing the paint schedule, and communicating effectively with both staff and customers. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role that requires a calm, professional demeanor and excellent multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and prioritize vehicles for repair to ensure steady shop flow
- Assign jobs to body and mechanical technicians based on skillset and availability
- Create and manage the daily paint list in coordination with refinish staff
- Communicate with technicians, estimators, customer service reps, and management to resolve any workflow issues
- Act as a key contact for customers with repair status updates or concerns
- Address daily challenges and interruptions without losing focus or momentum
- Maintain a clean and organized production environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience in a collision repair or automotive production setting
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Strong ability to remain composed under pressure and handle constant interruptions
- Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
- Positive attitude, approachable demeanor, and problem-solving mindset
- Working knowledge of repair processes, insurance procedures, and paint production is a strong asset
Work Environment:
- Full-time, on-site role in a fast-moving, team-oriented production floor
- Regular interaction with technicians, estimators, CSR staff, and customers

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
