For Ticketek purchases, the ‘original purchaser’ is the person whose ticketing account the Experience was bought through. Please note that the seats will be in butler friendly locations (generally price category 2). This experience has access to pre-show soundcheck and/or a Q&A with your favourite artist. It’s great for people who like a little more space and less jostling for a good spot on the floor. Outdoor Zone Boxes for 2025 NRL & NRLW Grand Finals at Accor Stadium are available in 8, 12 or 16 seat options.
EveryDay Rewards – earn money on certain purchases to use on future shopping trips. Collect points from shopping, special offers and high roller lounge benefits certain credit cards (we will post about them later). If you’re looking to purchase VIP tickets and need them to be accessible, we’ve got you covered. Any ticketing questions need to be directed to the ticketing agent you purchased from except for name swaps, we need to authorise those.

If you have a ticketing question you will need to contact the Ticketing Agent (e.g. Ticketmaster, Moshtix, Ticketek, Oztix) you purchased from. If you select to have the tickets posted to you, they will be sent shortly after you have purchased or after the date any print suppression is lifted. These measures are taken in order to prevent scalping and ensure VIP Experiences and tickets are not purchased by more than one person.
If you would like to gain access to sectioned-off VIP area, please look out for experiences named VIP GA Experience. An Early Entry Experience is a general admission standing ticket that gives you priority entry onto the floor before the general public. A Hot Seat Experience is a reserved seat in a premium location. V.I.P. have been doing a fantastic job, and the place hasn’t looked this good in a long time. Service was on time and of very good quality!
