Job Description
Fix Auto Red Deer is now hiring and in need of a skilled Journeyman Auto Body technician. Our flat rate pay structure is tailored to reward the more efficient individual as each technician is responsible for their own jobs and all hours earned are paid, not shared between teams! We are seeking highly motivated professionals who will appreciate reaping the rewards of their hard work without all of the other strings attached.
While still continuing to be a family owned business, through the benefit of our Fix Auto Network and our many insurance partnerships, we also always have the work so are able to provide a very stable position with plenty of income opportunities in a high paced, flat rate environment. Position offers group insurance benefits, RRSP opportunities and a clean, warm family atmosphere.
Individuals applying should have their industry ticket however 3rd or 4th year apprentices will also be considered with the right experience in medium to heavy collision repair.
