Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will have experience in vehicle repair and restoration, with a strong focus on collision repair and bodywork. Duties

Repair, replace, and refinish vehicle body panels following manufacturer specifications and safety standards
Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment to perform repairs efficiently and accurately
Assess vehicle damage to determine the scope of repairs needed
Perform frame straightening, dent removal, and alignment procedures
Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming surfaces
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
Collaborate with team members to complete repairs within designated timeframes
Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and customer expectations

Requirements

Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role; dealership experience is a plus
Mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment
Ability to perform automotive repair tasks with precision and attention to detail
Strong understanding of safety protocols in an auto repair environment
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Physical ability to lift heavy parts and stand for extended periods
Prior mechanic experience is advantageous but not mandatory
