Brant County CSN Collision Centre is looking for an experienced Collision Centre Manager to join our growing family. CSN Collision is one of Canada’s most advanced networks of independently owned and operated collision repair facilities. Brant County Ford has been serving the community for over 50 years. We are seeking a dynamic Collision Repair Centre Manager to oversee our operations and ensure the smooth running of our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, overseeing customer inquiries, and driving sales to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and account for all aspects of the Collision Centre

· Implement processes to improve overall efficiencies with scheduling and workflow

· Process all bi-weekly payroll

· Implement quality control measures to ensure all repairs meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.

· Analyze financial statements, sales reports, and other performance data to identify opportunities for cost savings and overall improvements.

· Work with the parts department to manage the inventory of parts and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure materials are always available for timely repairs.

· Hire, train, and supervise auto body technicians and support staff, fostering a team environment that encourages skill development and high performance.

· Develop and maintain relationships with parts vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.

· Manage customer feedback while providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

· Forecast and track monthly sales, profit, and expenses.

· Collaborate with upper management to develop strategies for improving shop efficiency and profitability

Qualifications, Experience and other requirements:

· Experience working within a Bodyshop an asset

· Experience with Summit CRS & Mitchell Connect an asset

· Automotive knowledge preferred

· 5+ years of proven experience in store management or a similar role

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

· Proven teambuilding and leading experience
