Full job description
We’re looking for an experienced production leader who knows how to build flow, drive performance, and keep our collision repair operation running at a consistently high level every day. You’ll oversee daily production, scheduling, and repair readiness while actively improving touch time, cycle time, technician efficiency, and overall throughput. You’ll work closely with the team to remove bottlenecks, balance workloads, and keep repairs moving smoothly from start to finish.
The right person understands shop metrics and KPIs, but also understands people. You’re organized, decisive, and respected on the floor. You know how to coach technicians, build strong habits, and create a culture where performance and quality go hand in hand.
We offer a professional, high-standard repair environment where leadership has the autonomy to make meaningful improvements and truly influence results. If you take pride in running a tight operation and pushing a team to perform at its best, we’d love to connect.
